What is the difference between your Managed Hosting and Care Plans?
With Managed Hosting, we provide web hosting and manage/maintain your server. With WordPress Care Plan, it's for WordPress websites only and while we do offer/suggest our Managed Hosting, you can use any hosting provider of your choice.
Do I need to provide a login for my website?
Yes. We require a login to access your website to be able to manage and maintain your WordPress site. We recommend creating a separate login for us. Don't worry, we'll walk you through it if not sure how or we can create it for you.
I have multiple WordPress sites, do I need a plan for each site?
Yes. Each WordPress site is considered a separate website and requires the same amount of attention.
Do you offer phone or livechat support?
To be able to provide our WordPress Care Plan at an affordable rate, we only provide email support. That said, our goal is to respond to requests within 2 hours and in most cases, requests resolved within 24-48 hours.
I have another hosting provider, can I still sign up for the WordPress Care Plan?
Yes. Although we offer and recommend our hosting, we do not require it. You can be with any hosting provider of your choice.
What's included and not included in your "unlimited website edits"?
Unlimited website edits examples include edits to content like texts and images on any page, updating products in WooCommerce, changing plugin settings, and minor edits. Example #1 - new blog post Included: Add content, images, etc you provide to us to add to the website. Not included: You want us to write/create the content for the website. This would require our copywriting/content marketing service. Example #2 - edits to website Included: You want us to change the color of a button on a page. Not included: You want us to design/re-design a section or a page. If you're not sure, please contact us and we'll let you know if it's included or not.
